By accessing or using www.breytenbachphysio.co.za in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the site or submitting an online booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

Physiotherapy
As physiotherapists registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (REG: PT0101087) as well as the South African Society of Physiotherapy, Cobus and Marisa Breytenbach are governed by their respective ethical and professional codes of conduct and will endeavor to behave accordingly.

Please be aware that physiotherapy will require some form of contact during the assessment and treatment process and while it will be kept to a minimum, some exposure may be necessary. If for religious of personal reasons you are not comfortable with this, please consider booking with another physiotherapist or bringing a friend / family member to the session.

Certain procedures including dry needling and spinal manipulation may be recommended in the treatment protocol. These require additional consent and will not be performed without the specific consent of the patient.

By performing the online booking you consent to treatment by the physiotherapist, and for the relevant medical information to be shared with your medical practitioner. You further consent that you are responsible for settling your account with Breytenbach Physiotherapy. Breytenbach Physiotherapy can submit your claim to your medical aid. Patients will be held fully liable for all unpaid medical aid accounts. Queries to medical aids are the responsibility of patients. If you prefer cash/card/EFT payment, you will be emailed an invoice and receipt for self-submission to medical aid. Breytenbach Physiotherapy does not deal with medical insurance companies and kindly request that you settle your account with us first and then claim from your insurance company. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and in the event of missed appointments and late cancellations you will be liable for the full amount of the appointment. All online booking information remains exclusive to Breytenbach Physiotherapy and will not be shared with 3rd parties. In certain circumstances information regarding treatment and / or diagnosis may need to be shared with other health professionals, medical insurers and in the case of minors with parents. This will be done only in professional context and no 3rd parties have access to patient notes and records without the express consent of the patient.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Breytenbach Physiotherapy and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Breytenbach Physiotherapy and we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
